Terms
This page holds two things: the terms of sale for what you buy from us, and the terms of use for npo.run. The Norwegian version is the binding one.
Terms of sale
1. Parties
Seller: Nordberg Peak Organization, Doktor Holms vei 4F, 0787 Oslo, Norway. Organisation number 938 144 729. Email hei@npo.run, phone +47 932 88 488. Referred to below as “we”.
Buyer: whoever places the order, referred to as “you”. These terms apply to consumer purchases and do not limit your rights under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (forbrukerkjøpsloven) or the Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven).
2. What we sell, and what it costs
- Entry fee — NOK 50 per participant.
- Badstu — NOK 270 per person, on race day.
- Bankett — NOK 600 per person, on race day.
- Merchandise — hoodie, t-shirt, cap, socks and mug, price per item in the shop.
The race prices apply to Høstløpet 2026, and are set anew for each edition.
All prices are in Norwegian kroner and are the total you pay. We add no fees beyond the stated price. Nordberg Peak Organization is not registered in the Norwegian VAT register, so no VAT is added.
3. Ordering
The agreement is binding once the order is paid in Vipps and you have received an order confirmation by email. We may reject an order in the event of an obvious pricing or typing error — we will tell you, and you get your money back.
4. Payment
You pay with Vipps when ordering, and the amount is charged as soon as the payment is approved. You get a receipt in Vipps and an order confirmation by email.
5. Delivery
Merchandise is collected in person on race day, at the event venue. We do not ship items, and there is no shipping cost. If you cannot make it, contact hei@npo.run and we will arrange collection.
Entry, sauna and banquet are delivered on race day, at the time stated at registration.
Risk for an item passes to you on collection.
6. Right of withdrawal
Merchandise: you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, counted from the day you collect the item. Tell us within the deadline — use the withdrawal form below, or send an email stating that you are withdrawing. The item must be returned in essentially the same condition as you received it. You cover the cost of returning it to us. We refund the full purchase price no later than 14 days after we have received the item back, or after you have documented that it was sent.
Entry fee, sauna and banquet: the right of withdrawal does not apply, per angrerettloven § 22 (m) — services connected to leisure activities where the agreement sets a specific date for performance. Our own cancellation policy in point 7 applies instead, and gives you more than the law requires.
7. Cancellation
Sauna and banquet: you can cancel free of charge up to the registration deadline shown for the place, and get the full amount back via Vipps — usually within a couple of business days. After the deadline the payment is binding, because we have ordered on your behalf by then. If you cancel after the deadline, we offer your place to the waiting list; if someone takes it, you get your money back anyway.
Merchandise: you can cancel free of charge up to the cancellation deadline shown on the item in the shop. After the deadline the order goes into production, but the right of withdrawal in point 6 still applies from collection.
8. Returns
Returns go to Nordberg Peak Organization, Doktor Holms vei 4F, 0787 Oslo, Norway. Let us know at hei@npo.run first so we know it is on its way. Include your name and what the order was.
9. Complaints
If an item is faulty or defective, tell us within a reasonable time after you discover it. The complaint period is two years, and five years for items intended to last substantially longer than two years. Email hei@npo.run with a description and ideally a photo. Where the defect is our responsibility, you can require repair, replacement, a price reduction or cancellation under the Consumer Purchases Act. We reply within 3 business days.
10. Dispute resolution
Contact us first at hei@npo.run — most things get sorted there. If we cannot agree, you can bring the matter to the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet), which mediates consumer disputes. If mediation does not resolve it, the case can be decided by the Consumer Disputes Commission (Forbrukerklageutvalget).
11. Withdrawal form
Send an email to hei@npo.run saying that you are withdrawing. Include:
- what you bought
- when you ordered it, and when you collected it
- your name and address
The notice only has to be unambiguous. If you would rather use the official Norwegian withdrawal form (form Q-0319B) or send us a letter, that works just as well.
More about the right of withdrawal at Forbrukertilsynet.
Terms of use for npo.run
npo.run is the website for Nordberg Peak, a social 10 km run in Oslo. Creating an account and using the site costs nothing — you only pay for what you order.
Use
An account and Strava connection are voluntary. You can disconnect Strava or ask us to delete your account at any time.
Strava matching
Automatic matching of Strava activities is a convenience, not a guarantee. Always check that a registered time is correct, and correct it manually if needed.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. We may remove accounts that are misused. This does not limit your rights under the terms of sale above.
